The Alcohol Log
So I wasn't sure if I was going to publish this, or how I would go about it but this is the log of how much alcohol the husband is drinking each week. I will publish it weekly with a total at the end of the week to see if any progress has been made.
For reference the UK guidelines for alcohol consumption has been 21 units per week for men and 14 units per week for women for a very long time, however they have now reduced it to 14 for both. We are not aiming to get anywhere near the 14 mark any time soon but if he can hi 21 that would be amazing!

Sunday - 13/10/2019 - 4 x 440ml cans Red Stripe 1 660ml bottle San Miguel TU 11.7
Week 1 total Units = 57.92
So this is the starting point 57.92 it's worse that we expected even on his hospital forms being totally honest he wrote 50. So week one is 2.72 times the recommended limit which is bad but on the plus side he did achieve the 2 drink free days in a row goal. He seems motivated to do a lot better this week so fingers crossed for week two!
Disclaimer - In case anyone is concerned I am posting his information, I have his permission to count the units and to post the information, however he doesn't want me to tell him each week what the units are unless there is a good reason too, i.e they start getting worse.
